I will be with you. I strive to be fully present with every client, to listen deeply, to hear and to hold you with grace, compassion and empathy. My office is a judgment-free zone. Come as you are and as who you are. Together, we'll explore, prioritize, problem-solve and -- with increasing insight and awareness -- cultivate a better life experience.
I use an integrated theoretical approach leveraging evidence-based cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR therapy, and emotion-focused therapy within a framework of psychodynamic and attachment theory. I know -- lots of technical-sounding stuff. This approach, though, fosters a deeply client-driven methodology to psychotherapy enabling you as the client and your unique circumstances to inform our work together.
