As a licensed clinical professional counselor in private practice, I help clients make the most of their life circumstances.
While I work with individuals and couples of all ages, I consider preteens and adolescents to be a sub-specialty as I help young people and their families navigate this magical and sometimes messy time.
My approach is pragmatic and non-judgmental as together we help you marshal the resources to get the most out of life.

I charge $150 per session
I know this is a significant investment. We can talk more about money stuff when we meet or visit by phone.
Methods of payment
I accept most credit cards, debit cards, personal checks and cash (though I don't keep cash on hand). I can also usually accept your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) debit card should you have one through your employer.
Me and insurance
I am in network with most major insurance companies including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Luminare, and United Healthcare (including UMR). I also participate in Kansas KanCare.
