We create wonderful, distinctive resumes that work; resumes that get interviews and a whole lot more. We take what you’ve done and where you’ve been and frame that for where you’re going.
How do we do it?
We do what we do by beginning with you. Yep, we have some formats and a philosophy we’ve found that work pretty well. We’ll give you the best we’ve got from what we’ve learned. But our approach begins (and ends) with you.
We’ll talk to you. Yes, two real people having a real conversation. We’ll find out some things about you – things that distinguish you; things that make you who you are.
If you have a resume, we’ll take a look at it. We’ve found most people’s current resumes are helpful are a good source for work history, education and things like that. It’s a starting point.
If you don’t have a resume, we’ll have you fill out a questionnaire. It’s the quickest way to get the speeds and feeds we need to get your resume working for you.
Then, we’ll close our office door, put on some soft classical music, sip some extraordinary tea and sculpt your resume from the clay of who you are.
When we’re done, we’ll talk with you about it. We’ll tell you why we did what we did. We’ll tell you how to use your resume. We’ll answer your questions. We’ll make sure you’re satisfied.
How much does it cost?
A working resume doesn’t cost; it pays!. Sorry. Couldn’t resist. Your working resume will be about the best $300 you’ll spend.
Wow, sounds like a lot of money! What’s the cost of a lost opportunity? What’s the cost of sending out dozens of cover letters and resumes that, well, don’t work?
Besides, if you send out a hundred resumes, your investment with us is only three bucks per mailing. You’ll spend close to that on nice paper, envelopes and postage. And sending that stuff without a working resume won’t get you much.
Why should you have us write your resume?
We know what works; and what doesn’t. We’re not a resume mill but, still, we’ve written a lot of resumes. And when we write your resume you don’t just get a resume. You get us. We’ll tell you the best way to use your resume and we’ll help you get results (like interviews).
We’re not interested in doing thousands of resumes at $79 each ($79 sounds so much cheaper than $80, you know).
